Poaching, habitat loss and human intervention for so many centuries humanity has encroached on their land. Wildlife is dying out and sending many species into extinction. In what appeared to be their final moments, these wild cats were ready to give up. In that despair, a gift arrived from the cosmos in the form of a meteorite. Landing where they bathe and feed, the now esoteric lake glows and has become known as ‘The Altered Waters’. Those who make contact are transformed into genetically altered intelligent warriors.
