Illuvium: Beyond centers around Illuvitars. These are collectible PFP NFTs that can be customized. They are hand-drawn representations of Illuvials from the world of Illuvium. They arrive with random backgrounds and facial expressions, but the true uniqueness will come from the customization choices of each player. Illuvitars have a total of five accessory slots. These are the head, body, skin, eyes, and prop. They also come with special finishes or shines — color and holo. Holo is the rarest of them all.
An Illuvitar's power rating is determined by its rarity as well as the rarity of the equipment it is wearing. Bonding, or equipping an Illuvitar with an item is a permanent transformation. There may be a future option to replace accessories, but for now, each slot is a one-time action, so players must choose their accessories carefully.
Illuvium: Beyond was the latest installment in the ever-expanding Illuvium universe. Illuvium is a free-to-play open-world RPG adventure game built on the Ethereum blockchain and the Immutable X layer. Players must travel across a vast and varied landscape to hunt and capture creatures known as Illuvials. Players must work together with their tamed creatures to figure out what caused the cataclysm that shattered the world.
